Bad at:
- having small(er) portions
- carbohydrates (glutenfree bread, beans, porridge etc.)
- avoiding wheat (discovering buckwheat, quinoa)
- having little diary products
- taking pills and supplementary stuff
- drinking flaxtea
- avoiding caffein
- taking baths
- eating fresh sallads and seeds
- BACKSTROKE SWIMMING!!! Yippie! (going to swimming course, never was able to learn swimming before) :-D
