Bad at:

  • having small(er) portions
  • carbohydrates (glutenfree bread, beans, porridge etc.)
  • avoiding wheat (discovering buckwheat, quinoa)
  • having little diary products
Good at:
  • taking pills and supplementary stuff
  • drinking flaxtea
  • avoiding caffein
  • taking baths
  • eating fresh sallads and seeds
  • BACKSTROKE SWIMMING!!! Yippie! (going to swimming course, never was able to learn swimming before) :-D
